You could start a gaming group in your area. The tough part is finding a free public venue but a local library or town hall may offer a free place especially if the event is free and open to the public. There are gamers down near you. I’m sure if a group started, people will come once they learn about it.
unfortunately, right now i do not have the time or the resources to try and start a club by myself. I have a lot of family health issues going on at the moment and with the lack of work i have to focus on other things.
