I’m new in the Upper Valley area. I’m looking for any world of darkness or DnD sessions that might be meeting regularly. Or if there’s any interest in a Vampire table top I have STed that game before and would be willing to run another one if there’s enough interest. Anyone know of any WoD games happening? New or old, doesn’t matter to me.
If you haven’t already done so, you should stop by Triple Play Games in W. Lebanon, NH. They should be the best place to ask about local gaming in the Upper Valley. I know Triple Play hosts gaming events at the store, like board games every Wednesday night. I’m sure they can put you in touch with fellow RPGers in the area.
Perhaps @Rodney Sheldon may have some suggestions or know some local gamers too.
The next nearby big gaming event in the Upper Valley will be Carnage, Vermont’s only gaming convention. It is held in Fairlee, VT the first weekend of November. Carnage will have every kind of table top game to play and could be a great place to meet fellow gamers. Unfortunately, it is 4 months away.
GMG’s Game ’n Grill next month in Middlebury could also be a good place to get in touch with some other gamers although I’m not sure how many Upper Valley folks will be there.

Thanks for the reply. I actually stopped by the store the other day and chatted it up for a bit. I haven’t had much experience with board games, but they are something I’d like to get involved with on weds if for no better reason than just to connect with the community.
I appreciate the advice. I was looking over the game n’ grill but I don’t think I’ll be able to make the drive. Hopefully I’ll be able to generate some interest in Word of Darkness but if not I’m sure I’ll find someone around here to play SOMETHING with.
Hey Nathan. Triple Play is the way to go in the UV. I am not sure on what RPG games are being played there at this moment. You should check the forum. If you are planning to stop by on a Wednesday night, it is also the place we discuss what board games we plan on playing.

Is Wednesday still on this week since it’s the 4th? I know the store will be closed but are people meeting anyway?
Unfortunatley no we are not playing this Wednesday. But regular service will be resumed next week! Oh and also this weekend there is the Descent Preview event both Saturday and Sunday…you need to sign up for that as space is limited. And on Sunday there will be a additional board gaming at the store. Not sure which games will be played.
Hello! I have some friends who I think would be pretty interested in Vampire or WoD. There is a weekly RPG–I think D&D 3.5–at Triple Play but I don’t know if they have open slots. I saw you like Apocalypse World; I played that once and loved it! Dr. Nik is reconfiguring the weekly game I was in (possibly less often and on weekends) and probably could use players when he’s all set to start that up again. He is a phenomenal GM! The OGC convention in southern New Hampshire in late July is a good place to meet gamers in New Hampshire (http://ogc-con.com/ogc/).
I would say that Apoc World is probably my favorite (as far as fun factor) RP system that I’ve played to date. If there’s people that want to play that then I’m definitely interested. Also, if your friends want to play Vampire then I’m all for putting something together whenever, wherever. Right now I have the time and would love to find a good group, so any connections at all would be great.

Sorry for the delay in posting, I’ve been not active online much in the past month. I currently am not running anything until AFTER GenCon, but would love to connect for gaming. I’m still trying to balance out what day of the week/month I will run, but it will certainly be a modern action/adventure type setting. I’ve been pushed to do Fantasy, but I really haven’t been so hep to that.
I’m on facebook and email mostly for ease of contact.
