Green Mountain Gamers 4 months, 2 weeks agoI don’t normally like to commit to games ahead of time, but if the copy of Village I ordered shows up in time, I’ll definitely be looking to get in a game of that. Any takers?

Green Mountain Gamers: 1 year, 8 months agoJust a thought, but would it be possible to have name tags at this event? This would benefit newcomers and also people like me who are bad at remembering names.

Green Mountain Gamers: 1 year, 11 months agoWas there ever a decision on what rules would be used for the RFTG tournament? It looked to me like there was consensus (or near-consensus) for just using the base rules, even if expansion cards were included, but looking back through this thread, I can’t find a definitive answer.

Burlington Board Gamers: 2 years, 1 month agoI’d also like to try a game of Letters from Whitechapel from the other side. Not this week, as I’m planning to leave early for trivia night, but perhaps next week?

I would pay more for a good quality shirt with a good design, especially if it was available in a women’s style–I already have more than enough ill-fitting and/or unattractive t-shirts that I never wear. And I’d vote for getting it printed somewhere local, even if that means it’s only available once.

Sounds like the game day was a lot of fun–wish I could have made it. Hopefully I’ll be able to get the day off for the Game ‘n Grill this summer.

Correction: Sarah ( @rustedovertones) bravely undertook the task of teaching Agricola to John, Gary, and me; none of the rest of us had ever played before. Since most of us were new to the game, we just did the so-called “family version” (which led [...]
